Thanks for all the help. Got the switch that I wanted (part number is 71505-96). Next is to get the lamps and get it all wired up. The instructions for the aux. passing lamp kit looks like it has all the information I need.

I forgot to mention earlier that you will need a couple of pins to plug the wires from the lights into the signal connector. Your dealer should have them and should know which ones you need (they are the square ones).

Thanks for the info. The instructions are not very clear as to where that wire plugs in. Found a YouTube video from Kuryakyn that taps into the accessory wire, but I'm adding the spot switch to keep the driving lights separate. When I do the installation, I'm going to make sure to take pictures and post them for anyone else thinking of the same installation.

I've decided against the Kuryakyn light kit and am going to go with the Harley Custom Auxiliary Lighting Bracket kit instead. One question though: there are 2 connectors on the bulb, but only one wire (grey) is run through the lamp housing to the turn signal connector; where/how is the other connection on the bulb connected to? Is a wire run from the bulb to ground screw in the lamp housing?
Thanks for all the help/information. I've gotten more useful information from this forum than from the Harley instruction sheets.
