I paid $1400 for 7 year including tire and wheel coverage on my Heritage. I just bought the Ultra and did not get the extended coverage since I plan to trade every two years.
Save your money......other than the initial driveability problems Harley's are pretty trouble free, and those problems are not covered under warranty. You gotta richen 'em up because of epa.
The only reason I bought the ew was to put the wife's mind at ease. I don't believe I can go 7 yrs without tearing into the top end and changing out the chain drive cams to gear driven. I have read about another forum member getting a refund on the remaing unused portion of his warrenty. I might go that route if I can ever save up enough coin to go with GMR's 98" package.
