Default I'll be dammed!

Someone on here was raisin he!! the other day about how all of the '06 guys are crackin on the '07 model bikes. Well......I just flipped over to the 2nd page and there are like 5 threads about..." 07 problem" or "My 07 does this" or "My 07 does that" Dont bust us for talkin smack, unless we are talkin smack. Sounds like the 07 models do, in fact, SUCK! Yes, we told you they would, but you bought them anyway! I, for one understand that new products often do, SUCK! Dont take it so hard, they will eventually get all the bugs worked out of 'em. But seriously, a spade is a spade, and so far, the 07's are turds. It's not a personal attack. I am really surprised that for once, I made a good decision in keeping the '06. I do wish all of yall with '07 bikes the best of luck.....after all.....they are all Harleys....

True. I am hanging on to the 06 till it can't hang on no more. But the problem with the 07's isn't the MOCO's fault, it is that danged Bush administration, the oil companies and the NRA that are causing the problems........[sm=happy046.gif] gotta run. the guys in the white suits are after me..... I hear em knockin at the door.

True but I can't count the posts on broken as$ 05-06 bikes.
Guess I'm the only one not having any real problems with my 07. Guess it's just a matter of time by the way it looks around here lately.

I gave my son my 76. Does that mean he is smarter than all of us at only 16 years old? Damn, definitely can't let him get wind of that, hahaha

Most of the model years seem to have some sort of problems. I wonder why the company doesn't acknowledge them and fix them without making the customer feel like he is the only one that ever experienced the problem.

Nearly every year TC can be said to suck:

-'99-early '00 had the famed bad rear cam bearings
- some '01's had a faulty main circuit breaker
- some '01's got a bad belt
- '99-'01' Touring models have swingarms that may crack
- '03-ups got a weaker crank bearing
- '05's had a batch of bad valve seals
- '99-'06 got the crappy cam chain tensioners
- A high percentage of laced wheels on all of the models are failing.

I'm sure someone can add to the list....At any rate, they all have their problems, IMO.

What's your point? Feel a little insecure about the outdated '06?
