I can' find a matching set of tires!!!
What are you guys running this is a popular conversion , what am i missing
Looks like i need 120 70 21 front
140 70 18 rear without having to mod the rear fender, belt, or pulley. Will a 150 work ????
This is for an 01 Road Glide
We always ran Metzler ME880 120/70-21 fronts a 140/70-18 rears on your year bagger until Metlzer discontinued the 140/70-18 rears a couple years ago. The 150/70-18 is a little too wide to fit your bike unless you space out the pulley and modify the belt guards/rear fender. Even then you could still run into issues depending on the wheel. If you don't want to mess with modifications you really need a 140/70-18. I believe that avon and pirelli make a rear 140/70-18 but they don't make matching fronts. If you are going to try a 150/70-18 I would recommend the Avon Venom because it is a little bit narrower than a Metzler ME880 150/70-18.
