I agree...there's no one "best touring bike". I've never been a fairing guy. I took the fairing off my 73' Yahama 750 back in the 70's to ride without it, so for me the Street glide is a thing of beauty but not an option. The Road King Classic is the perfect biker for me (at this time anyway). I see guys going down the road playing music and whatnot...nah I just wanna ride, just me and the wind.
