Thanks for the info on the fuel mileage. I may consider the upgarde. When I trade up I'll go with the 103.

After a ride with my wrench on his "hot rod" 95" with 100+ HP & 100+TQ and my 96" w/ Stage 1 & SE 255cams he's trying to talk me out of a 103" build saying " your bike runs damn good just the way it is, leave it alone!" Still looking to do a 103" build w/ Andrews 54H cams & Big Boyz heads...

2010 ultra with 259 kit. Had the 211 cam in the past. The 259 is a higher rpm cam with improved springs. Will rev to redline like the 211 would never do. Power just keeps building to redline without sounding like everything is going to fly apart..

My friends have been in a motor "arms race" for about 5 years now. Now, thanks to my 103 its my turn to be a super power. Unfortunately, I just got it broken in properly when the season ended early because of 3 bulged discs in my lower back. I have all winter to heal and plan on putting the 103 through its paces in the spring.

Default Love the 103 motor??

I came across this thread about the 103 motor and how much power it has after I had read this article http://www.motorcycle.com/shoot-outs...out-90133.html that has the 103 motor putting out 65 hp and 81 tq, those numbers don't sound right to me. The Harley Davidson web site claims 102 tq, which I am sure is at the crank. Did Motorcycle.com really have a 103 or did they lower the numbers to make it look bad, or is HD lying?
