Atthe Durango rally last month I saw an Ultra with the plate attached to the rear saddlebag crash guards, it appeared very professional and was attached to both. I liked the look a lot, waited for the guy so I could ask where he got it, but never showed. I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Anyone else seen one? If I don't find one, I may make my own.
Do you have the part number for the scripted plate?
I just orderred one today:
53709-04 Support Tube Cover $19.99
I did the softbrake bracket, shorter turn signal bar and Kuryakyn Smoke LED Tail/Turn signals. I ran into a snag when I when to put the license plate and frame back on. I'm going to have to drill some lower mounting holes in the softbrake bracket to get the plate & frame on. I'll put some pictures up when I get it all back together.
This picture isn't the greatest because it was taken at night in the garage, but here's what I ended up with.
