I looked at auto-meter and i know they are good gauges. I found some at about half the price but only went to 80psi

I would think there would be no need to have anything more than that. There would never be 80psi in the shocks, the lower the psi goes up to on a gauge the more accurate it will read. At least, that is what I am thinking.

I had a question, this appears that it may be an issue... Can anyone tell me if they had an issue mounting their bags? It looks like my bag will hit the upper shock bolt before coming in contact with the factory pin connection.

Thanks, my bags are all the way down in the basement. Hahah, I was too lazy to bring one upstairs and then back down after a fitment trial. So I just posted here. After thinking about it for a while, I figured they did. Thank you for verifying. I will be installing my stretched fender cover tomorrow and probably mock up the bags by the weekend.

Anyone have a suggestion for a universal remote for the air ride??

There are several on line just be sure its a momentary switch not a click on/click off. I cant carry my remote in my pocket because it is so sensitive it will turn itself on

Well I may found an alternate to install this system on a Road King with ABS. Legends suspension sells their compressor and bracket that mount up uner the bike between the transmission and engine. The bracket rests on top of the lower frame rails. Problem is the compressor with bracket is about $215.

Make a bracket, don't be afraid to get creative.

New replacement shocks arrived yesterday. I set them up and bench tested them to see if they held pressure. Went to the shop today when I got home from work and all looked good. I'll be mounting these tomorrow. Hopefully all will be satisfactory.

Default compressor location

Like others have said you just have to get creative and trust you can find somewhere.

As a rule of thumb for me as I am dissasembling my bike I always take a ton of pics with my phone as I am taking things apart so I know to put things back together. There is space you just have get creative.

Another approach is to use this forum to the fullest extent possible. Take pics of what your faced with and post them up asking for suggestions.
