Mine are the Monroes. I hope they don't have similar problems. Mine have a lifetime warranty so it wouldnt be a big deal to ****** them off and drive 9 miles to advance auto to exchange them. I used a 1/4" longer bolt.
Ya, that is exactly what I was thinking. I mean, having a leak sucks. Now you have to go through playing with the bushings again though. Are you running longer bolts? I noticed today that I am going to need to run a longer lower bolt at the very least. How big did you go? Stock are 2''
I did use 1/4 inch longer grade 8 bolts because I put flat washers on both sides of my bushings.

If the new set of Gabriel shocks leak I'm going with the Monroe's next. I figured I would give them one last chance. I'll keep y'all posted.
Damn I just ordered Gabriel's too... Guess I'll be looking mine over when I get them. Hope to have mine done next weekend.
I just received an email stating my new ones would be here Wednesday. I'm going to bench test these before I go to the trouble of removing/installing bushings and mounting them. If these leak I'll post a pic of where they are leaking for others to see. I did not think to take a pic on the last set.
Yes I know it's bad. It's the only one around me so I have to go there. Just need a p/n so I can get the right one.
I don't have a parts book with me but I'm pretty sure there is only one switch that fits all years. It look just like the acc, cruise, speaker, switches except it's a 3 way momentary switch. Off is in the middle. Take the DA parts guy and show him an acc switch on an ultra classic and say "show me these in the damn parts book". The one your lookin for should be on the same page.
