Air ride installed...
the sleeve and installing a spacer in the lower bushing. I was worried the different length of
the bushing alignment might be the reason for some snapping off the shock eyelets. So I removed
the lower sleeve by crushing it down in my vise at the seam so I could remove it easer. When
drilling out the upper sleeve I ran the bit real fast and while hot it pushed out easily. The Monroe
rubber bushings can now be removed very easily:

I have access to one of the Harbor Freight mini-lathes and shortened the Energy Suspension
9.91 05G bushing kit spacers to about the same as several HD factory bushings that I have
access to(friends) all are about 1.2" long including my RK:

Next I turned down and shortened the polyurethane bushing to fit the Monroe shock eyes:

Left bushing/sleeve is the finished part:

Bushing installed in the shock(top and bottom look the same):

I will post again when I get done with the shock bolts and slip on muffler mods!

Any reason not to go with the 275C? I would think that it would raise the bike faster as it's putting out more CFM. I know that the 275C is twice the price.
I got mine from PowerAire. I picked up the hose kit AK29 from OReilly Auto because of the 90 degree connections at the shocks. Now just to get back on the project and finish it.
