Lean surging?

Lean surging?
Just a pair of kerker slip-on's and it feels like I'm getting a lean surge at steady lower rpm(2-3k) steady cruising. It's very slight but I can feel it.
I have a pair of rinehart's coming so this is going to get worse with a larger baffle.
What's my best(most simple) option to fatten her up? I'm sure I'll get a intake soon.

Sounds like you have a newer bike with EFI.
Buy a PC-V and get that mixture richened up before you damage the engine from lean out and pinging.
I am also guessing that when you sit and idle for a while and then get on step you are hearing some pinging?
