I have searched other threads. I'm currently installing the bars. What I'm looking for is any info on the throttle cables. If you used the original cables did you have to reroute or just adjust them to make them fit properly. I have them installed right now, but seem to be to stretched for my liking. Also if you replaced them what is the best size to go with. Currently can only find a +6 on the clutch cable from my local supplier here in Canada. Haven't tried to relocate that one yet. Thanks for any info
WO575 bars on '07 Ultra. +4" black pearl Magnum Shield clutch cable. Original throttle/idler cables. No rerouting. If I were to replace my throttle/idler cables I'd go with +2" black pearl Magnum Shield cables.
Can get the 38649-98 HD clutch cable which is used for sidecar models. It will work just fine with the 575's and match your stock throttle/idle cables.
On my 2005 Ultra, I installed the WO575s and use the stock throttle and clutch cables. The only limitation was that I couldn't run the clutch cable through the fairing, so I ran it free between the fairing and tank. Also, I had to bend the front brake line straight to get that extra length out of it. It has been working great for 4 years.

Good luck.
Thanks for the info. Just seemed that the cables were at the max.

I personally don't like the rerouting cable idea but that's just my . Forgot to mention I also used extended Magnum Shielding black pearl brake lines but I don't recall how extended. Somewhere on this forum you should be able to find that info. Alot of people have installed WO575s. Very impressed with the quality.

Thanks for the Magnum info. I checked out the site and now want the Black Pearl cables as well. Time to save some $$$$$
I used a +6" clutch cable that matched the stock in appearance. Mainly because the 6" was cheaper and more readily available than the 4". Stock throttle and idle cables worked fine. I also replaced the brake lines cuz I didn't like the look of the bent line.So when thay say you don't "have" to replace the stock stuff, doesn't mean you won't want to.
