Did local dealer steer me wrong?

I'm lowering my forks and went to Harley for the oil. I read where the SE 10WT was the best but was told only kind Harley makes is SE fork oil "HEAVY" (Thats what is says on the bottle). This true? Thanks!

I put the "HEAVY" in my Ultra last year and would do again. IMO, it firmed up the front just a little and thought it handled better.

i also changed out my factory fork oil with the screamin eagle heavy. no longer do i experience the dip when coming to a stop, and the front end feels much more planted to the road rather than the floating sensation it had with the factory oil. this did make a noticeable improvement in the ride also.

i used bel-ray 20w makes a big difference..dont think they were figuring for the fairing weight when they calculated 10w use from the factory..or they had plenty to get rid of
