Most of our rides are 1 dayers, so it's usually not an issue.
I truly understand that some guys need to have a TON of room, because they really get a lot of long hauls in. Maybe in a few years, I will have that luxury,.............I sure hope so. As for now, I'm lucky to get one L-O-N-G ride a year in. 'm still young though !
And when you do get that chance, and she rides with you, she will toss that amp on the ground and shove all her shoes and pants and purse and make-up and socks and shirts and..... you see where I'm going with this, don't you. I've been trying to get my wife to cut down, it hasn't worked yet, but she loves to ride so I will put up with it. She's a great traveler 
BTW, I keep noticing the RIP DAD, in your sig pic, I feel your pain. Is that him in the pic? Lost mine right before Xmas in 02, 75 yrs young, and the holidays have never been the same since. Miss him every day, and I feel for you brother.
