Limp mode again!
You have to take care when removing or installing that connector.
btw-I got my 2010 in august. I had 3 solid weeks of rain before the end of fall and managed to 6k miles on the bike with NO issues.
That's a complete other issue.
as suggested earlier, connector pins could be bent or loosened, and that may have happened to your bike.
bypass the power commander, do a check of all the pins, look for any bent pins.
I'd pull the PC before trying to get any "warranty" service- they have no obligation with the PC on there.
It has been suggested over and over that piggybacked devices on the ECM can cause bad sensor readings and interfere with actuators. It has also been suggested that the PC can go bad.

I have 40K on my '09 and the same TBW unit has been on the stock bars and internally wired on two other bars and it has not given me any trouble (hope it stays that way).
It may not be H-D's fault the bike keeps going into limp mode.
p0154=Rear O2 sensor open/not responding/high
p1511=throttle actuator control power management code.
p2101=TAC motor circuit range/performance (actuation error)
P0031=?
Check the pins on the connector.
2008 there was a fairly widespread problem. 2011's there isn't.
edit=when I say check the pins, you need to carefully check the ECM's, the wire harness's AND the power commander's.

When mine had the same issue they found out the same kid over looked mine during set up. again, it's part of prep for them to specifically check that connection.
