You don't need to remove the tank for a cam job, as just raising it to its limit is sufficient. The frame is the big culprit working in that area, not the tank as long as it moves up an inch or so. You also don't need to remove the heads, just the rocker covers, rocker plates, and breather plates.

Fueling 574 cams HQ Black Op's lifters and Rev Performance Tuner would be my choice if I had a 103, or 107.
