Left my fob at the bike shop with the intention of dropping the bike in the morning before the shop opens, then they'll have the fob to ride it in. I thought I could just use my second fob to start the bike in the morning. But just tried it and it doesn't work, it used to, but I haven't used it in over a year.
Good link misaac. I got it now, started the bike. Noitall, I carried that dumb card with me for two years, finally lost it one day when I cleaned out my wallet. Haha. I will remember now. RT, thanks again for the offer.
On the bright side, tomorrow I will have a new set of skins.
it's really super simple. ignition on-off-on, then hit the left and right turn signals at the same time. now your into code entry mode. use the left turn signal to change the digit, and the right to enter.
it's always a good idea to practice this procedure from time to time. you never know when your fob could get damaged, or lost, or just die.....
or you could just be parking in an area where there is too much interference so your fob isn't getting the signal to the bike. its a lot easier to input the code with your thumbs than it is to push your bike until your out of the interference area....
