Has anyone got the Gloss Black hinges and/or the Gloss Black latches?

I haven't been able to find the CHROME versions' part numbers.

If anyone upgraded the latches, are THEY stronger as well? i.e. less prone to misalignment when closing?

I've had a set of these for about 2 weeks. Still in the box. Too many other priorities. I did get my new piipes installed yesterday, and then go visit a fun little friend. Decided the pretty tour pack hinges could wait for a bit longer. And she agreed.

I just put a set of hinges on last Saturday, definitely sturdier and aligns like a bank vault ! Chrome part number is 79211-08A

I've got a brand new set of these still in the box for about a year. I took the tour pak off and haven't been in a hurry putting them on.

Download the 2012 catalog, they're there.

Just upgraded mine also, they look awesome and should have come stock on the pack, hell just charge 50 bucks more for the pack. Also be careful, you can easily crack the tour pack base, don't ask me how I know.

I had the dealer install mine. I did not have the guts to try that myself. Anyway, they are a great improvement.
