There are 2 kinds of people, one's that bought the Limited and ones that wish they had. I think the power increase is very noticeable between the 96 and 103. Ride both and see what you think.

Other than that, I'll stand by my earlier post, except to say, ABS is definately worth the money.

+1 this was a very accurate post.
Additionally to ABS is now a must. Also if you look at ebay or Craigs list you can get a near new limited for almost the cost of a Ultra if you have the patience to wait. I got a 2011 with 82 miles on it. The circumstances just played out perfect.
As you can see from my sig pic I ride a Ultra Classic and It was available when I got mine i would have gotten it. Not for the Motor upgrade but for all the other items. I would have to put on the other chrome that is missing on the limited though, saddle bag rails and the bumpers.
