The walk into the living room and shes on them like white on rice runs there feline ***'s all over the place funny as hell. Mimi's her name cat terrorizer is her game.

Put some mothballs around motorcycle, under the cover etc.

 

Wrap some tin foil across the seat. That works on your counter tops to when your trying to break the cat's habit of walkin were ya fix food.

 

I don't have a cat, but if I did and it did any damage to my bike or my cars, it would be over for it regardless of the consequences from my kids or my wife. That goes for my dogs too. They know better, they stay away from dad's toys!

 

Maybe it's time for your kids to learn what it'd be like in real life. Have THEM come up with a solution. Give them one week to figure something out, or you will solve this problem. They want a cat, then they gotta step up and own it. Keep that stinky filthy rodent away from my 20,000 vehicle.

If the wife picked up a new lawn chair, but it rubbed up against the bike causing a scratch would you be worried about resolving the issue? What if she loved the new chair? Even if the kids loved the chair?

If it were me, I'd tell the rest of the family "You've got seven days to make sure this won't happen again, and I want to know how your going to do it. If I'm not happy with the plan you come up with then I'll make sure it wont happen again. Trust me, ladies, you wont like my fix, so you'd better come up with something that will work. Once you fix this problem THEN we can talk about how we are going to fix the damge this animal you love so dearly has caused."

We have two cats (geldings) on steroids, one 17 pounds and the other 26 pounds, and they used to sleep on the Yamaha seat. I didn't care a whole lot. But the cats and I had a little talk about the difference in the Yama and the Ultra, to me, and the damn things will sit and look at it but won't get on it. Go figure.....

 

I just use two empty cardboard boxes. Leave one on the rider seat, one on the passenger seat. Doesn't leave her any place to jump to.
