Harley's "claim to fame" is retro styling so what is to be expected except minor changes? I would be OK if the new scooters were offered only in black. The 96 to 103 isn't that big of a deal. 7 c.i.??? If you want to go fast, get a crotch rocket, it you want to get there in style, get a Harley. I do think there will be some smokin' deals on left over '11's when the '12's hit the showroom floors.

I was in a Harley dealer the other day and they were pushing their propaganda of how I needed the bigger motor. I asked him why? my bike will do 115mph, why do I need to go faster, the speed limit is 55 on this road. Its just more brain matter to scrape up off the pavement. He didn't know how to answer that. Same day I was in a Victory dealer and the salesman said, any stock victory in here will beat your harley with no modifications. I said, I would rather ride slow then ride ugly. Again, he was at a loss for words.
One minor change I'd like to see is more capability in the suspension, maybe an extra inch of travel. I think an inverted fork with the radially mounted calipers might look pretty good on a bagger too - a retro look but with the latest tech running gear.
Glad to see MOCO wake up and offer a totally white bike again. They are one of the best looking bikes built. Love mine, and don't know if I would trade or not. Will have to wait and see one at the dealer..
