I'm currently running with a Mustang SuperTourer seat on my 2010 Road Glide. Very comfortable, but I'd like to have an option for a solo seat too. What's out there that would still be comfortable on a long ride?
Why not stick with Mustang? I have 5 seats, out of all of them my Mustang solo is the most comfortable, in fact I plan to buy a passenger pylon so I can keep it on when my wife wants to ride with me.

This is my third Mustang, so I do like them. They have more than one solo seat, I'm wondering how the Tripper would compare in comfort.
You seem to favor the Mustangs seats. Great seats that's for sure. Danny Gray makes some nice solo seats too. I have the C&C solo seat. I love it. They have one w/ a riders back rest as well. C&C are price right and make some awesome seats. By the way, it looks great on the Roadie!

Looked at their site, and I like some of their solo seats. Wondering how comfortable they'd be on a long ride? I'm also thinking about the Mustang Tripper.
The stock seat that came with my bike was awful, the Mustang made a huge difference, how do the C&C solos compare?
I have had the Danny Gray Speed Cradle w/gel on for 15000 miles and am very happy with the comfort and quality. It lowered me(I'm 5'5") and didn't move me back.It is firm, but I've had a few 500+ mile days and found it to be as comfortable as the stock touring seat on my 09 EG Classic.

Sanlyn,
I don't have the rider's back rest on mine, but I have ridin all day and have no problems what so ever. Now I'm sure some other forum members will chime in. But for me, I got mine used here on the forum and could not be more happy.
C&C's are a hard cushion, so if you want a sofa style, it's not for you. In my opinion, the hard cushion style seats are better in the long run, unlike some of the Harley stock seats that get soft after xxxxx miles put on them.
