Ridge 9000 Ultimate by Ridge Footwear. Waterproof, 23 oz. each, and at $120 about the most reasonable waterproof boots on the market.

Without question the best boots I've ever owned.

I was really sold on Cruiserworks Tour boots. I have a narrow foot, and they are one of the few companies that make their boots in a narrow. Cost about $220. My first pair bought in '02 lasted 8 years, than had them resoled by their recommended resoler, using Cruiserworks "new and improved" sole. The resole cracked the first time I knelt down.

Then they had a sale on "new old stock," and still had my 10 Narrow, so I ordered a new pair, @ $150. The soles on the new ones cracked in less than a month.

Then they went bankrupt, and their guarantee was no good. The new company that took them over claims they fixed the quality issue with the soles, but now charge $325 bucks, and won't honor the guarantee on boots they didn't sell.

Even with the cracked soles, however, they are still the most comfortable, 100% waterproof boot I have ever worn. I'm still wearing my original pair to work.

I bought these Skechers at an outlet store Waterproof and very very light.
I wear them all the time, at $69.00 I figured when they get funky looking I'll toss them and buy another pair....That was two years ago..I can't seem to wear them out !!
