Just a thought. Can the LeNale or HD Parade fans be reversed to suck the hot cylinder head air out and expel it to the left side of the bike?
The thought of blowing more hot air to the already exhaust heated right side of the bike just doesn't make sense, plus blowing hot air into the A/C doesn't do any good.
As long as it's properly identified as to what it is supposed to do, there should be no controversy on this matter. I think sucking will probably achieve the desired result better than blowing on it.
normally on a fan you can change direction by reversing polarity of the wiring. But I think you will not achieve your desired effect, pulling air takes a lot more force than pushing.
Reversing polarity will do it. Sucking air out might not be as efficient, though. Since the fan is ~2-3" away from the heat source, it might just pull air from around the housing instead dead on from the cyl. Just a thought....

You might want to look at the design of the blades also. Some fan blades are optimized to move air in one direction. If you reverse the direction, air flow may be significantly less. I've never looked at the fan blades on either the HD or the other unit so I do not know how they are designed.
I have the HD unit on my bike with the thermostat switch that came with the unit installed as well as an override switch so I can turn on the fan any time and it works very well when used as it came out of the box.
And I agree with others responses. Plus, you're not just blowing hot air away from the cylinders, you're pulling in (hopefully) cooler air and blowing that across the cylinders.
