So just wanting to know if anyone has ever dealed with hd of greenville sc. I just recently got my 07 sg there and its now back there because of a starting issue and a ticking sound on right side of motor and had nothing but bad experice. Anyone else do bussiness with them?
When I went to but it the starter was grinding so took week and a half to order one and install it now its back there again. Tomorrow will be a week had to order parts to fix it again says it will be next week befor its ready. While I was talkin to service guy about lookin at the cams he hangs up on me. Seems like no one knows what they r talkin about
I deal with them all the time. I have bought 2 bikes in the last year and just ordered my 3rd. They are awesome to me. I live 2 miles away from the Spartanburg dealership but will drive the 25 miles just to go there. Any problem I've ever had, they dealt with it and made it right. The only complaint I would have about H-DOG is Bill in the Service Department. He's a dick.
Stopped in there on a couple of occasions when in that area on business. Did not give me the time of day and would not ask if they could help me. I was actually in the market for my 2012 SG. Who knows could have bought a bike there. I don't stop there anymore.
Been in a couple of times. Never been in the market for a bike or had them service anything so this is strictly hearsay, but I've been told since they've moved into the building they're in now their attitude has changed, and not for the better. Like I said though it's just rumor. YMMV.
