CD,I agree w/your statement. The more you read about these o7s and what ohers are finding or have had happen to them along w/the MOCO stardard answers its sad.Unfortunately I dont think its over, mileage and time will tell, hope the warranty holds up.I have read that one guy was told that his dealer wouldnt take his in on trade due to new models still sitting on floor.Im not sure about that? But if I could go back in time,I wouldve went with an 06 or kept my ultra.
I'm in the same deliema(sp) about trading my '05 Ultra in on a '07.
After talking to afew stealers,I can trade the '05 in or have it built to a 95 with all the goodies. It will coat about the same either way, except,I already have the '05 with the chrome, lights, comfort stuff on it.This stuff would add extra cost on a new one.
Where I live the Tax,plates, and Insurience would be higher on a new Ultra.
So this Christmas I will be getting a present from myself in the way of more inches(motor wise people)get your minds out of the gutter.LOL
