I am running these on my 2012 SG and I love them. The quality is on par with any of the "high end" exhaust systems on the market (i.e. Rinehart, which I have on my 2010 SG). I am running V&H Power Dual Headers and TW-555 cams. The exhaust tone is moderate until I "crack" the throttle. There is a mess baffle connected to the end caps, so obviously you can't see left to right through the exhaust.
I am running the 4" jackpots on my 2010 eg classic. I wanted more sound, jamie said some try just pulling the packing out, so one screw reached in with so me pliers & pulled[ had to work it a little] out the baffle. the packing stayed in place. again I took a long screw driver & worked around outer edge, then used piiers & it finally came out. slid in the baffle & one screw, and fired it up. it was a little louder but still not what I wanted. the left side does virtually n othing at all . so,called Jamie, they sell compitition baffles, he said they are a little louder than rineharts, they are a better sound, definately will talk when you get on it, but still not what I want he said true duals you loose lik 9 or 10 pds. of torque and about the same in hp. so this is where i am at now. I like my old 88 softail with v&h big radius 2=2. I guess I will keep messing with it , just my experience
I have the Jackpot 4" Dyno Tuned Slashup mufflers with the stock baffles. The left muffler you can see the reversion cone through the baffle. The right is pretty straight through. I have the stock headpipes on my 06 FLHX on the recommendation of Jaime. The baffles are held in place by a single screw as seen in the pics.

Nice looking pipes! Since they are designed for one size fits all I imagine they won't be as loud on a cat equipped bike vs an earlier bike like Mr Starlifter's

Hey, Port Dawg, the Jackpot 4" Dyno Tuned mufflers are louder than the stock mufflers and they are the best performing mufflers available (which Fuel Moto backs up with a 100% satisfaction performance guarantee). Plus, the 4" muffler body matches the size of the stock muffler body, which fills up the space under the saddlebags very nicely.
Oh no doubt! I was just pointing out the obvious (cat vs non cat) I would have no problem owning the Jackpots, quality product and even better support. You going for the slash up or down? I just rented a SG and Ultra out in Vegas and yeah it was tough to get used to the stock pipes again lol.....I could barely hear them (I ride with ear plugs anyways but it was difficult to hear the exhaust especially on the SG due to the wind noise)
