Just to co sign what was said... i bought my 255s on ebay for $130 and the gary beaty bearing tool i think it was $90. Stock pushrods and only bought rocker box cover gaskets and cam cover gasket. So for the money i really like the way the bike runs now (already had rsd ac dragos true duals and tmax). I had my eye on tman 555 torqster but cant beat the bang for the buck with 255. When i go big bore i will spend on a bigger cam.
Different dynos, on different days with no mention on state of tune is hardly conclusive, but hey, you spent the big $$$ so it must be way better.
Look, I'm not saying that the TW222 aren't great cams, they may very well be, but the SE255 is a great bagger cam for a fraction of the cost.
Cost wise if ya snag some 255 sticks on the cheap good on ya, i ran mine for 10,000 miles.

As you noted, a Good tune always helps, Your are absolutely correct.
Preference, and cost savings are choices to consider. I decided to go for the newer cam, and i went with Feuling lifters, and Zippers cam shoe tensioners.
I think that engine wise, this will be my level of engine upgrade for a while, good to go.

I wanted to stick with a low buck approach for my Stage 1 & 2 and save the bigger $$ for the 107" kit in a year or two. When it is time I will probably go with whatever a shop like Fuel Moto suggests top to bottom.
