It certainly is priced right, but not sure if it fits the Ultra (I read something about these only fitting "Bat Wing Faring's". Is this correct or will it fit the Ultra fairing?)
Also, I read the description and it does not state how the pockets latch, magnetic or velcro, and some of the reviews stated it was very stiff.
I have this exact bag and it will fit an ultra. The only think I don't like about it is it has a tendency to pull away from the windshield if you put much stuff in it. The closures are velcro and hold the flaps closed unless you like to over stuff the compartments.
Ultra and "bat wing fairing" are the same...and yes, it will fit. Just ordered one myself, as it is more stylish and low profile (accomodates other windshields better) than the stock 3-pouch set.
there is a deal on a used one on the classifieds right now if you look.
I like the tbag, nice fitting to the contours and the pockets are small- but big enough- I use the pockets in the lowers for hat and gloves.
the tbag will scuff the top edge of the inner fairing where it contacts, I cut to shape and covered the top of my inner fairing with female "loop" velcro. if I ever take it off the velcrp will peel off and i can clean up the glue residue
"batwing" refers to the fairing used on the ultra, EG Classic, Streetglide, EG Standard ( RIP) etc.
