Intercom V)X and PTT not working
They shouldn't have to be turned up that high. Did you adjust the volume for the intercom, cb and radio? I found out the hard way that there are three different volumes. You can only adjust each one in its own mode .

Wouldn't you know it. It was as simple as turning the volume in each headset up to almost the highest level. I didn't realize they had to be turned nearly wide open to be able to communicate. Thanks for everyones input on here. Happy Trails...oh and Happy New Year to all.

Thanks Trackadaptor. The firmware update is exactly what was needed to make the intercom work. Saved me a trip to the dealer. Took a while to figure out exactly how to use the cd burn software to make the disc work.
