Holy crap. This is exactly what I've been looking for.

A while back I had Mean City modify my seat to add memory foam and a gel pad. I've wanted a driver's backrest for a long time but didn't want to ditch my stock seat because of the mods I'd had done.

I'm glad the OP started this thread cause I was ready to ditch my stock seat and buy a new seat with a driver's backrest. Now it would appear that I don't have to do that.
