smell whatever you want thats the cost of doing business especially if your customer service sucks. all these posts would never exsist if i and the other people were treated better. i own a business and i treat my customers like gold. if there was ever a problem i fix it and make sure i make it up to them. that means if something didnt work out to the customers satisfaction and the customer expresses that to me then they should recive a discount.
This is the same reason i stayed away from drangonfly. I did what others decided to do....I went the Deadcenter route, and couldn't be happier. DCC Customer service was awesome.

I purchased a fairing with stereo and all the bells and whistles. Had it custom painted inner and outer from them as well. I had no issues and would buy again. There customer service was great. About a year later they came out with the handlebar controls for the stereo and I called and order that as well. Again great service, i took pictures of the bike with the fairing on it and it is on their web site. Sorry about your dis-satisfaction with them, but I would have to totally disagre with you.
