Check under your tank, that's where I found mine. I think PPG makes the paint for HD.
Yes you can get it aftermarket, HOK(House of Kolors) carries a root beer. Not the cheapest paint in the world though.
We have a few painters on the forum hopefully they will chime in with more information for you.

Contact your local PPG Auto paint distributor; they have the forumula for what you want--just tell them the model year and color name.
You can also PM jharanin, a member here who works for PPG, and he can supply you with the PPG codes; the PPG distributor uses the code to access the mix formula.
