It appears the 09/10/11 street glide seats have different part numbers. I figured some changes from the 09 seat but what's different between the 2010 and 2011 stock seats?
The street glide seats sit lower in general, but I believe the 11 sg seat sits even lower than the 09-10 seats.
Ok, thanks. I think that may be attributed to the narrower nose keeping your legs less splayed out? Prob not issue with me at 35.5" inseam. I do like the stitch pattern better on the 09/10 seats...
With a 35.5" inseam you will have zero problems with a 09/10 seat. Just don't do any long trips with them. Mine was good for about 250 mile days, but when you start getting into the 600 mile days it shows its flaws. Great seat for around town though.
I actually had my stock seat modded by Mean City Cycles (double memory foam) and will use that on extended rides/trips in which it is very nice. The SG seat would be my 75% seat for normal rides. Of course, with it will come the need for a shorter windshield in which I'll use my 20% coupon from LRS for a 8" Stealth. Sheeeesh, $$$$$ Ha
