Default Road Glide Fairing Rubber Grommet

Does anybody know the part number for that black rubber grommet that fits into the top of the Road Glide fairing to secure the windshield on a 2010 FLTRX? This grommet accepts the bolt that holds the windshield to the fairing. There is like six of them that go across the top of the fairing. One of mine is all boogered up and I'd like to replace it before it falls down into the fairing. I don't really want to take that damn fairing off just to dig out a piece of rubber. Thanks

You can get them from ACE hardware but Cee Bailey's has a kit that is better than both Harley and ACE. They are formed from a much firmer rubber and hold the windshield better.

a little trick to bring them back to shape is to heat them up with a lighter for a few seconds and they pop back to the original shape. Even a hair drier will do it.

OK, thanks fellas. The Cee Bailey option won't work because I have the crome trim. I'm stationed in Germany so Lowe's is out. It looks like I'll use the part number and order them from H-D or try the lighter method.

The part number is #5207 and its called a well nut.

The stealership might have them but call and order them in advance.

Buy extra as they pop out regularly..

Taliking about screws...online sellers like CeeBaileys charge $35 to ship 5 screws to Canada, NOW THAT'S A SCREW JOB. THEY CHARGE MORE THAN A DEALER!!!!!!!!

Feel free to give me a call...it certainly won't be $35!
