After three sets of bars on my 08 Road Glide, I went big ($$) and bought the black powder coated Heli Horizon Bars. They rotate at the bottom, Risers rotate at the middle, and grips are adjustable in and out. Uses stock cables.
Had them installed at Bike Week last year. Had them on for 12,000 miles, mostly 200+ miles per trip and a trip to Blairsville Ga. as well as Key West.
Best thing I have bought. No question.

Easy to adjust, and now they're just right.
Do you guys have any good pics of them?

Really, they use the stock cables? How is that possible? It looks like they adjust in all directions (up and toward the rider) I would think that they have to be longer cables involved.
I went with Apes this time
but on my last two bikes I had Wild 1 Chubby Bagger Bars WO575.
They had no pain in wrists, arms or shoulders. Great comfy bars. http://www.wild1inc.com/
