First MOCO is going 2 do anything period..As 2 the 2007 I have put in 1500 to get mine right. Remember some bikes are like cars..a piece of crap off the line. The 07's do have issues. They have 17 CS reps in WI. their leads are a guy named Rusty(oops if u get him on the phone..u go 2 church alot I bet) the other is Katie. The best Rep is a guy named john..however..he cannot do anything other than what MoCO has already said they will o at this point. I started on Knukleheads and left everything thru the 88's. YOU are riding a Harley here! It's just that THEY knew their was problems. Personally I hate the fact my gas klight comes on with so much still in there..it makes me check mileage meter. Some get great ones other get bad ones..I however, got a bad one that needed $..EVERYTHING can be fixed with that!

All you guys are forgetting this is not a foreign bikes this is an American bike they make a lot of racket. just like all of us Americans we are a noisy bunch my 07 sounds like it is going to fall apart with all the weird sounds but it keeps going like us. Yes if it breaks down in the middle of Utah at night on a dark road out in the middle of nowhere you will have to deal with it just **** and lock your 45. It comes with the territory. Sorry that is how it has always been with Harley Davidson bikes. How many times have you seen a Harley on the side of the road one thing I can put money on it that broken bike will be running some time latter.

 

Proud 07 Ultra owner here. Sorry guys, I got nothin' in the way of complaints............. well maybe that I don't get to ride her as much as I want. As far as the 5th gear whine.......ride faster and shift into 6th . The heat issue? .......ride faster and shift into 6th The fun part, run the twisty's in 4th. Yeee Hawwww

 

07 EG 10,000 miles and still going strong!

 

I've got 5500 on my 4 month old 07 EGC. I don't hear tranny noise. The Thunk I hear when starting is the first cylinder lightng off into the empty cans. No clankin and bangin if I keep the RPM up. Yeah its hot, thanks to the EPA But A RJ Heat sheild will take care of that and look good too. I almost spent a lot of money because of the complaints I heard here. Now I'll just rack up miles and see. That's why I got a seven year warranty.
