Default Just Could Take It Any Longer!

Took RK out this afternoon one day before surgery for a torn rotator cuff tomorrow. It`s 80 degrees here in upstate NY. Rode for a 1/2 hour and did ok. Shoulder was burning when I got back. Stupid? Maybe, but it will be months before I`m ready to ride again. Everybody put some extra miles on for me in the next few months!

Same thing with me years ago. Broken collar bone and could not just stay off of the bike.

It was a GSXR750 too.

I know your pain! First rotator cuff surgery I ran the Mount Mitchell 40 mile challenge two days before surgery. In August I spent 10 days riding in Georgia and NC and had the other shoulder done on the following Monday. It's hard for idiots like us to stop ain't it? Get well soon and do not miss a therapy session!

Good luck with the surgery and the rehab. Did 3800 miles in the last 13 days for ya.
