Power Vision Cure?
He will ask for three 20-30 minute log files and then build a custom caibration for you.
DynoJet's calibrations are lame.
The economy tune is very close to stock and the performance tune is kind of fierce for lightly modified stage one engines.
When you say it runs better what are the noticeable differences? I am on the edge of getting one, but I am not sure what the expectations are or should be. I have posted on this and most guys reply that it will run better and if I want to do future mods them I will have what I need for the future. I just want to know what to expect for $500. Can you or anyone give more detail as to what runs better actually means? Is it a $500 runs better?
Thanks
Joe
I got mine with the FM custom tune, and the support from Jamie to get this tune right has been amazing. I've learned as I've used it more, and now can adjust and dial-in my tune. After a couple basic logging sessions, and Log Tuner calculations, the bike runs like a top... well worth the $500, given I can change, reflash or adjust as much as I want/need...
Thanks
Joe
1. it is more responsive, crisper throttle response,, less TBW lag
2.cooler
3. virtually no exhaust popping under any type of use . Redline shifts, hard downshifting with engine braking
4. better fuel economy, Im getting 40 -42 with a 103 stage 1 bike that is ridden hard and on a lot of 65 -85 mph freeway and canyon riding
5. No "piggy back" tuner on the bike
6. Ability to reflash in a couple minutes to the stock HD tune if Im ever worried about warranty work
7.PV will grow with any future engine mods, if I add cams it can MAP for that. Never have to buy another tuner
8. the PV can read and clear ECM Codes if needed
9. For an additional fee another License can be purchased to allow the same PV to tune another bike, so no need to buy the whole unit
10. Fuel Moto customer service and support - IMO invaluable. They can talk a newbie through almost any problem and are always friendly and helpful.
