Default Rider backrest Question

My Road King came with an adjustable rider's backrest that I used once and hated and I took it off.
Well, my Uncle is interested in buying the setup off of me. The question I have is, do all the mounting holes for the adjuster already come pre-drilled or would they need to be drilled?
same for the studs that come through the fender, are they already installed?

the mount uses the existing studs on the fender.

the adjuster lever needs to be mounted.

you can probably find the part and install instrcutions at the HD website

Thanks for the info. It's what I thought, but wasn't sure.

Don't quote me here, but I agree with Mike on the actual mount for the backrest, but I think the adjuster part uses the nuts that ya push into the hole and then when ya tighten it up, it mushrooms and stays in there. That is what the mid frame heat deflectors us and i think I read someplace that they are the same type of mounting hardware. Good luck and I hope your avitar is intended as a joke, I thought they have played pretty well the last few years.

there is a hole in the frame for the adjuster.its kind pita but you run a bolt in and try to hold a small nut inside the frame.if your bike has cruise its where the wire tie attaches the cable to the frame.
