Doing a cam swap on my 30,000 mile 04 Electra Glide. Should I put new lifters in it, or are the factory one still ok to use. Thanks

I would replace the lifters if going with new cams. Don't know if you have heard of a brand called Gaterman, but I use them exclusively since the first time I tried them. Extremely well made and seem to be able to quiet down the fast ramp cams that are so popular these days. Just food for thought.

I'm not much of a motorhead but with 30k on the bike, and the fact youre going to be in there anyway, I would replace them. Then again it's not my time or money.

It's cheap insurance, I say replace them. You'll be kicking yourself in the backside if the old ones go bad and take out the cam(s) or more.
