Thanks everyone for the replies! So far the '08 is off the list. With the changes to the frame and (really the biggest reason) I can't go and inspect the bike before purchasing, it really isn't worth the gamble.


After reading everyones replies it finally hit me the '09 street glide is the bike I was leaning to. However, the owner wants about $6,500 over book. The bike is nice but in today's economy there are way better buys out there. So now I need to make a road trip and atleast give the Ultra a chance and look it over. And if it doesn't really grab my attention off to more searching.
