Default 2009 ABS: Visual ID and Question?

Goint tomorrow to look at several 2009 FLHPi bikes. Several are supposed to have the ABS option while others do not. What visual differences can I find to determine which have ABS and which dont? I believe in some model year the "brain" was in the bag but I was told that it has been relocated in newer years to allow for full use on the bags. Also what value would you place on an ABS bike over a non ABS bike as far as price. $500 more ? Lastly, do all late model bikes have the Brembo brakes wether they also have ABS or not?

Easiest way to quickly determine if a bike has ABS is to look at either the front or rear wheel and find the wheel speed sensor and wire.

Left side, front wheel, instead of a wheel spacer there will be a black sensor with a wire coming off and going up into the fairing. See red arrow in picture

on the right side of the frame neck ( rt as you sit on it, just in front of tank)- will be 2 brake hoses on an ABS bike.

just under the wiring harness wrapped in a black plastic sleeve.

abs is very, very good.
