Without a doubt, friendliest dealer I've ever visited has to be Henderson harley, Stopped by while on business/vacation trip from home back in new York for t shirt. Ended up staying there for over an hour bullshitting with sales dept, super cool staff.was advised to check out their sister dealer red rock Harley. Largest dealer I've seen ,again super friendly staff ,was even given a tour of the service dept which was cool since I'm in the auto industry. No pressure to buy anything from both dealers.went back to Henderson a few months later ,was greeted like an old friend.
I want to like them but I keep getting let down...
I get the impression Livermore HD is mostly a bike storage facility for the owner's other dealership. A large percentage of the times I go in there I'm the only customer.
There is a girl working as service adviser, Natasha that's pretty sharp. She bailed from Eagle's Nest along with the parts manager when things went to **** there. The actual service I have no experience with. I tried once, but they wanted me to make an appointment..... not for the service but to drop it off to wait for service.

Huntington Beach HD (Southern California) is my dealer and I am completely happy with them. Incredible customer service. If you buy from them, know how to haggle and you'll get a good deal. I really like these guys and I've bought 3 HDs there.
Collier HD in the small town of Roanoke Rapids, NC is a definite 10. They’re a small dealer that’s been in the same family since 1962. Until the owner died a few months ago, he’d actually sit and talk to you about racing, issues with your bike, the weather, whatever for as long as you wanted talk. He was just a really nice guy. The service department is small, but they are excellent. Their prices are fair, and they don’t try to take every penny you have like the big dealers. Collier is what I remember dealers to be 30-40 years ago. I ride an hour out of my way to deal with them.
The Redding CA dealer has to be one of the worst in the nation. The owner is a total slime ball. His son is a complete idiot, who hides this very fact by being an a$$hole. I wouldn't buy a quart of oil from that place.
