Thanks for starting this thread. I have been wanting to post something about my local dealer. A few weeks ago I developed an oil leak behind my primary cover at the final drive sprocket. I do all my own wrenching and was prepaired to do this repair too. I was pretty sure my warranty was up on the bike. I called my dealer about parts availability and decided to ask the service dept. to check on warranty just in case. Come to find out my bike has warranty left on it until July 2012. So I took it to them! Harley Davidson of Cartersville Ga. I spoke to Jeramiah in the svc. dept. I said, listen man, I was going to do this myself, but,,,, while your in there replacing the seal if you will go ahead & replace that noisey azz compensater with the good SE compensater I will be happy to pay the difference in the price of the parts. Jeramiah said that should not be a problem. The next day I got a call from Harley Davidson of Cartersville saying the bike was ready. Sure enough, they installed the SE compensater & replaced every seal behind the primary cover! Best part is I only had to pay them $160.00. It was my first experience with the service dept there not counting the brake light switch recall. I am very happy with them to say the least! Thank You Jeramiah and Harley Davidson of Cartersville Ga!
didn't buy my bike there but the salesman always greet me like I did
parts department know me by name, ( probably a bad thing )
service department Dan and Dave are great, always treat me way beyond what is expected. Any service I have had done ( I try to do my own, but some they are needed) has been perfect.
Prices, well its a Harley Dealer. bend over.
Even the owner comes out and greets you like you are their best customer.
Some may disagree but from my experience, highly recommended.
Manchester Harley davidson, Manchester, NH.
Their service department is EXCELLANT, so far. The parts dept is a bit less but it may just be me. I will go in there with a list of part numbers or whatever and the girl behind the counter says "Year and model of bike" and then proceeds to look up everything again.GRRR. Sales gave me a great deal...$22,200 OTD on my 2012 Limited
After doing business with that dealer since 1968, I won’t do business with them again as long as they have the same general manager. He didn’t have time to talk to me after I had a problem with the service department over charging. Not a people person. A sale’s person at the dealer tried to charge me $1,000.00 over list price on a L.E.O. Special.
Fletcher’s Harley-Davidson(Clearwater, FL 33764)
You can’t ask for a better dealer. Every aspect of the dealership is top notch. I‘ve bought two bikes there and $$$$$$ of parts. A number of people working there worked for Jim's for years and moved to Fletcher's and can't be happier. (Disclaimer: I don’t work there and never dated any of the women there.)

Reason: Locations
I bought my '09 Night Train (and traded it for my '11 Street Glide) here and I was treated very well from the second I walked in. After getting a great deal on my bike(s), I was in a local store one day and one of the employees came up to me, asked how my bike was, addressed me by name, and I was stunned. Anytime I needed anything (whether it involved a purchase or not), they were quick to get the answer for me. Walking in there is kinda like an episode of "Cheers"... They have also gone out of the way for some of the folks that decide to ride up to Alaska and have issues with their bikes, very impressive group of people.
Same dealership since 2006. Used to be Walkers Harley Davidson, but it has changed hands since then. Now it's Loess Hills HD. The important thing, to me, is that they kept the two mechanics that I trust, Buzz and Doug. When I've had occasion to use them, I've only had to bring something back once, and that was a pinched inner tube on a front tire change, and it was made right immediately, no questions asked. Four and a half stars, mostly because the motor clothes section doesn't carry enough non-black pocket tee's.
Docs Harley Davidson in Kirkwood Missouri has been a great dealership to deal with. Last two bikes were purchased there for fair price and warranty work has never been a fight to get taken care of.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these folks. Got top dollar on my trade, and they did everything possible to make my buying experience great!
Beach House Harley-Davidson

My local shop. I didn't buy my bike here because they didn't have what I wanted. I also got a better deal at MB HD.
Good service center here. Fast work and they washed the bike when they were done.
But they have/had a guy working the parts/accessories counter who apparently couldn't be bothered to look up something for me without having an attitude that I was bothering him so I took my money and rolled on out and used the internet to spend my 300 plus bucks on a backrest and mounting kit.
