Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley-Davidson, Ormond Beach, FL.

Excellent service department (Tripp Turchon - Service Advisor).
Outstanding selection of clothing and riding gear (Patricia).
Well stocked parts department.

OK, I give - time to reply.
Motor City HD Farmington Hills MI
Sales experience - Excellent and highly recommend Brittany
Parts experience - Excellent and highly recommend Bill
Service experience - Excellent and highly recommend CJ
Tech experience - I am sure they are all good, but Mitch is the only guy allowed to work on my bike.
My ONLY dissatisfaction - Pricing sucks. I hate paying suggested retail price for anything (yes they have sales but why should I have to wait for a sale price). This has caused me to purchase from other HD sources.

With this, I make NO claims of my experience as compared to others and I am not tied to or affiliated with this dealership in anyway except that I am a satisfied customer.

Morn'n folks,

Well I have to put a plug in for Lone Wolf Harley Davidson in Spokane, Wa..

End of last summer wife and I rode there on our softtail for a set of passenger foot pegs and left with passenger floorboards, attached to a new FLHR. Good sales people!! They gave me 1k more than I was asking for my bike on trade-in and the service after sale has been excellent. They call me on my cell to invite us to events and sometimes call to just ask how the bike is doing and how we are enjoying it. Service department knows what they are doing and are great guys. Folks in the doodad/laundry area are friendly and helpful. Parts folks are friendly and know what/where to find what you are looking for and take the time to answer all your questions.

1 to 10 I give these folks a 9.

Looking forward to visiting their soon-to-be new store in Lewiston, Idaho.

Ride safe

After doing business with this dealship for over 25 years, I'm still consistantly satisified with the service and attention I receive when visiting the dealership.
Service Department is first rate in my opinion. I've never gotten any push back when asking specific questions on any warranty issues.
Sales Department has always treated me right with the price on new bikes, of which I've purchased five over the 25 years.

One thing further, again in my opinion, I like to form a relationship with the dealer that I'm going to be doing business with. To me it's much more that just going to to buy something and or have something done to my bike, it's more of a personal thing to me. I want to feel like they know me and regard my feeling toward my bike. We live in a fast world today but to me customer service is still king.

It is all about the people who work there first, then the costs for me.

I deal with Eastside Harley in Bellevue. I always feel they are going out of their way to make my purchase or service a good deal. Not the cheapest, but the extra effort keeps me as their customer.

I have had good dealings with Sound Harley in Marysville. Service got me in and out during a busy time when I had an issue. I purchased my last new bike here. They had the right bike, the right salesman and they really wanted to sell it. Price was significantly better than elsewhere.

Buying a bike and parts is only one issue. Most important to me is to know which shops where the service staff will work extra when you are traveling. I've got a couple that I know if you call ahead they will wait for you and fix it before they go home or first thing the next AM. Others, well you go to the bottom of the list.

What I'd like is a service rating for when I am on the road and I need something done. Something like, a 1 means they may answer the phone and it will get done when they are good and ready, look how busy we are to a 5 that means; wow that really sucks, can you get it here right away or I'll send out truck out now, I have the parts and we'll see if we can get it done tonight. Those are the dealers I want to know about.

Harley of Boise is like that, who else.

Two dealers in Tulsa

Myers Duren - Oldest dealer in Oklahoma
Sales - 9 -Knowledgable and no pressure
Bought two here
Parts - 8 -comes and goes, new help at the counter, probably doesn't pay much
Service - 9 -Mostly good, desk folks very good, only ran into one guy trying to "sell" the next best thing, others are pretty straight forward

Route 66
New management in last couple of years, big improvement
Sales - No experience here
Parts - 10 - a couple of old hands at the counter
Service - 10 - called after hours one night for me to come see what they had found after the top end was off on a warranty job.

Both throw occasional wing dings in the buildings and their parking lots

Athens Sport Cycle in Athens, Ohio. Owner Bill goes out of his way to make you feel welcome, Anthony is a good sales rep and is good to his word. He quoted me a price, wrote it up another way and when I reminded him, changed it back to the original quote, some 2,200.00 lower. Trish in service is excellant. Knows her stuff. All call me by name when I walk in the door. Parts are a little scarce but they are usually able to get them in a couple of days. They have never failed to accomodate me in any manner. Great job folks!

Never bought a new bike, so don't have a "dealer": buy parts from all over. But last week I was on a ride and 750 miles from home and needed a new tire.
WORTH HARLEY in Kansas City puts out of town bikes in the fast lane when it comes to service. A new rear tire, bearings and seals for about half what it would have cost a my nearest dealer ! Thanks Jim Stice and the Worth Harley service department for keeping me on the road !! AND they had a band, hamburgers and cold beer in the parking lot while I was waiting ! Doesn't get any better than that.
