Pro -team harley in Lawton, Ok. Good customer service in the parts department and service. Very small show room. No extra events like bike nights.

Fort thunder harley in Moore, Ok. Good service department, big show room, and good parts people. They do bike nights and monthly hooter girls saturdays.

Thunderbird HD in Albuquerque, NM is great (every department). Very helpful and very knowledgable. On two occassions they have recommended a non-HD fix or part b/c it either fit my budget better or simply worked better. They are always very willing to talk about my bike or issues and have even gone so far as to put my bike in the shop for a few hours to diagnose with out charging me.

Great service and good people. They know how to treat a customer. So much so that I won't frequent the dealership that is closest to me

Worth the drive to wildcat for the service and atmosphere without the attitude of my local dealership.

Agree 100%...good folks without a doubt! Have bought two bikes from Wildcat Harley (09 FLSTN and recently an '11 FLHR) and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experiences with this dealership...sales, service, etc all top notch!

High Octane Harley, formerly known as Kellys house of Harley. Every time I have needed anything, I don't even call. I just go there cause I know it will be there. tehre parts dept is HUGE and the peeps are great to work with. I'll tell you something too, they sell a lot of bikes out there. The choices were very limited today while I was out there. I was out there about 1.5 mopnths ago and there was no room to put any new bikes. There were full up. Today, lets just say I'm glad I bought my bike when I did.

Best of three local dealers. Third generation family owned. First name basis with all their customers. They sell at good prices. No BS in the maintenance department, believe they are $20/hr less than the other two.

A number of dealers in the Seattle area and I have dealt with most on either parts or bikes. I mostly do my own wrenching so not a lot of experience with service departments.

My favorite by far is Eastside HD in Bellevue. Low pressure, great customer service and friendly people. They do lots for the community and their customers.

Sound HD is also a decent shop. I have always felt welcome there and received good service.

Never been very impressed with Downtown at all. The only time to go is their 50% off sale on Christmas Eve.

Seattle HD (now emerald City) - Swore I would never go back into Seattle HD after the way I was treated back in 07 trying to buy a new bike. went to Eastside and got the bike I wanted and with 2K more for trade-in. But, now Eastside has purchased Seattle HD and renamed it Emerald City. Haven't been in there yet but have heard good things.

That is soooo true... I was sold a 2011 Road King with 2600 miles, and was told it had a factory 103 kit put in it... They sold me the full extended warranty and all, I rode it down the street and back.. it ran sweet.. I only live 2-3 miles from there.. got it home on the back streets, it immedeitly started having probs within 3 days.. went back to talk to the salesman and was told I should talk to the customer who they bought the bike from, that took a few days to get him to ok for them to give me his phone number, spoke to him and found out he did a "trike sprocket" setup on it and headquarters cams and other work to it... he also had tuned it with a TTS and they had jus put a stock pcm back in it, i went to talk to them numerous times and jus got laughed at.. the bike would not get over 80 miles to a tank of fuel, finally it started making alot of noises inside, and it jus sat in my garage for a couple weeks... I finally called and demanded a meeting with the general mgr there and threatened to sue them for "deceptive practices" for selling me a full harley extended warranty on a modded motor that was not eligible for this warranty and being lied to by the salesman, I was then sold a 2012 Streetglide at cost to solve their problem, after all was said and done , the salesman there took us over and admitted to us that he knew all the stuff wrong with this bike from the beginning..and they have not seen me or this bike in their establishment, and they never will......

I now take all my business to Gruene Harley Davidson up in Greune Tx, jus outside of New Braunfels.. they are a first class operation in my book.. so a big Kudo's and thumbs up to them !!..

PLUS ONE, I haven't bought a bike since 2009, but at that time they gave me the best price. Since than, every time I go in for service, no apt, they take care of me... always with a smile and a thank you. Great people at the parts counter always willing to open a part to see/ check out. I can't say anything bad about them. May Bruce RIP.

Harley Davidson of Baton Rouge

Great dealership. Lots of activities-rides and cook outs with bands and bikini bike washes. Friendly staff. Good mechanics and parts people. Can't speak of sales crew because I didn't buy my bike from them but I wish I had of.

Blue Ridge Harley-Hickory NC

Not my regular dealer but they were for one day while riding the BRP. They took the bike in one morning and did a major repair (inner primary bearing) and had us out right after lunch. Great folks.
