Adamec in Jax, FL is really good. Good selection of bikes, nice sales, nice service, nice parts. They really bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. The owner even calls you on new bike purchase. Not as much clothing as Daytona HD, but Adamec wins in every other category hands down.
Ok, I'll play: ARROWHEAD HARLEY DAVIDSON
Bought bike from there, three salesmen tag team you till your numb (I appear immune). Service department used once when I first experienced problems with neutral. Idiots adjusted it hot. That's all it took for me. Went with a friend to look at an Ultra, they tried the tag team BS on him as well. I convinced him to walk when I noticed he was getting numb and suckered into spending a ridiculous amount on a used bike. Had a heated argument with the 'Three Stooges' when I 'F' up their sale.
Don't buy there unless you like to be tag teamed by Stooges.
Its been over 2 years since I stepped foot inside the dealership....
Nothing against them, just nothing inside I care to look at.
I'm not into 'hanging out' at dealers, when I can be putting miles
down on the pavement.

I'm constantly amazed myself. I live near Arrowhead Harley as referenced by another poster from AZ. Every time I go past that place it's full of bikes and people. WTF! Are people that f**king stupid and brainwashed that they think part of owning a Harley is hanging around a dealership each weekend?
My bike never sees a dealer unless it's for warranty work. Even then I usually just ask for the part to be replaced and do it myself, as I don't like others touching my bike! Not to mention all the BS down time of taking it in and having to wait for God knows how long. BTDT with my GoldWing when they had their overheating issues. Bike set at the dealer for 3 weeks.
High Country Harley Davidson in Frederick Colorado (Denver area dealer):
I bought my first and only new H-D from them and was lied to by their service dept about a warranty repair - and I made them admit it in the owner's office, so this isn't an idle accusation - and was later lied to by one of their sales people regarding the availability of laced wheels on a '12 Ultra, which was verified by a MOCO rep - so this isn't an idle claim either.
My advice is that if you want honest sales and service, then steer clear of this dealership!
Rating = zero!

Harley Haven in Columbia,SC. Great dealership and friendly service. Ten years ago when most HD dealerships were selling Softails for 20+ thousand dollars, Harley Haven was still selling bikes at MSRP. Tin Lucas (owner) is old school and I have been dealing with him since 1993.
It is a small town Harley Dealer, fighting for business outside of the HUGE Cape Fear Dealership in Fayetteville, NC and the dealerships in Raleigh Durham, NC.
Because of location, they have a really nice small town feel, with a bunch of great guys on the inside.
John, one of the sales guys, has got to 100 years old, and one of the nicest gentleman you will ever meet. His wife, equally as nice, runs the merchandizing department.
The General Manager is a great guy, very friendly, especially with Law Enforcement and Military. They gave me a nice discount on the bike, lower than I have ever seen anywhere else, and I walked out as happy as can be.
Overall, it was a great experience, the best Harley experience I have had.

Seems a lot do.... stand around and talk about riding, and what a nice day for a ride it is.
Just not my cup of tea, as I tend to keep to my self or associate with a very small group of friends with the same ideas.
We can set / stand around and talk when we visit eachother in the nursing home
Been decent so far. Got a real good deal on an 08 FLHTCU back in April. Parts people are knowledgeable. Service is slow, but considering the time of the year they are backed up. Motoclothes have something different on sale at 20% off every month.
I picked up a couple of pair of HD black jeans on sale this month for $29/ea. Am quite impressed with the quality. Better than those $50/pr Levis. And thicker denim than Wranglers.
