Bike prices are high. Service department is in the weeds. Poor quality and way over priced.
Parts department is pretty good but has a limited amount of stock. They do have t-shirts!
Probably one of the nicest dealerships I've ever been to!
No, it's not a new "Harley-Mart". It has good old skool HD character.
The service dept. has some of the best "real" HD motorcycle mechanics!
I've had work done there a few times and I am always impressed with them.
I was always pleasantly surprised with the final price for the needed repairs.
From the time you walk in the door you feel welcome and comfortable.
Very helpful staff (Warm Southern hospitality) in all the departments.
Parts...These folks have parts and knowledge going back many many years.
Need that "hard to find" part...this would be the first place I'd call to find it.
Highly recommend!

I love the old H-D shops, HATE the new Walmart-esque cathedrals that most of the dealers were forced to build. I have no desire at all to pay hugely inflated prices for parts, bikes etc. to help pay for those hideous eyesores!
Drove 400 miles last year to get my bike from Grand Junction HD. Excellent people who actually ride. Daily. They don't care if I forgot to put on my Rolex before I walked in the door.
Yep same feelings here about Pikes Peak Harley, Sales and service are 2nd rate
Parts guys are Ok depending which ones can stay there very long.
Been getting service work done down the road at Pueblo's OutPost harley been very happy with their service and parts there.

Neidengard's in Wintersville,Ohio is Ohio's oldest dealership, great customer service, great techs, fair prices, and every Saturday free hot dogs for anyone stopping by. Stop by a few times and they will remember you, John and his wife Kim own the business and are friendly down to earth good people. After reading all the horror stories about dealerships on this website I feel blessed to have Neidengards to take my bike to. they are just outside of Stubenvile, Ohio on route 43.

He said he was lucky when they started the "Harley-Mart next to the expressway".
His location was already right off the main interstate and didn't need to be changed.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
GREAT sales staff. They worked from 9am to 7pm to get me onto a 2012 1200c. They even comped the 1000mi service since the used bike only had 600mi on it.
The parts guys really know what they're talking about adn the service guys are top notch and clean.
The clothing selection seems to only cater to smaller people though (i'm 3x and my GF is 1xl)
Chuck's, Bloomington, IL
I found the owner to be rude when I went in to buy a bike (why I went ot WB). Other staff seems really nice though.
Clothing and accessories selection is HUGE.
Sellers sell (Hard sell mostly) - High and wanna add extra $$$ to the paperwork for goodies Lady told me $2K, I asked what for, she said goodies, y'kno..Helmets, shades, boots, etc...I said "really? walked over and fingered one of those cool $540 leather coats and she told me THAT I would have to purchase separately, I told her to take the $2K extra off the tab then.
Service - Dunno directly, but, I saw one of the techs take off on a bike he was working on, steady hammering it through the gears across a parking lot behind an adjacent auto dealership, turned around, same thing back, break neck tearing down through there and crossed the street without bothering to hesitate to look for traffic (Either direction) or anything else...My first thought was "Glad that's not my bike he's "working" on".
Parts - Very helpful, got right to what I needed every time I been there.
Unsure what department service / parts - My friend added pipes and went in to ask about tuning and preset chip downloads - The guy suggested one and my friend called him on whether that would work with his RK (Screamin Eagle upgrades and drivetrain work.) setup, he said "Oh yeah, no problems". That fiasco took him a few weeks to sort out the correct one and get it loaded. All he had to do was say "I don't know, we can find out though." and do some research.
Lobby, general HD merchandise - Nice selection across the board - High though, but, I expect that, no real complaints.
weekend riding and safety clinics (When they do those) are pretty cool and good to go through.
I have to mention that this dealer is associated (I think same owners of both dealerships.) with a nearby one in Columbus, Georgia, called Chattahootchee HD - Those guys, times I have stopped in there, have their act together very well and I have never had a reason to complain about anything. Maybe it's because they are older and more established than the new one in their family.
