Harley Davidson of Crystal River (Homosassa, FL 34448)
We were heading to North Carolina and stopped at a restaurant for breakfast. When I came out the battery on my 1986 FL was dead. Lucky for me Harley Davidson of Crystal River had a shop across the street. They lent me a battery that got me over to the dealership. My battery was dead due to a bad charging system. No warning just dead. They replaced my stator while we waited. They charged my battery and it ran great after that.
Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson in Pigeon Forge (Pigeon Forge, TN 37863)
While on a trip to Tennessee a friend’s oil light went on. The oil was still circulating and no noise from the motor. Pulled into Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson and they got him right in. They found a burned wire from the sending unit. Fixed under warrantee and we were back on our way.

Great customer service all around and excellent prices on new and used bikes. Always offering specials on different accessories and parts and events to show their customer appreciation.
Harley of Boise, ID - great customer service. I stopped by while having some issues on my way home from a long road trip. It was 4:50 pm and they closed at 5:00. The service guys stayed to fix my problem to get me back on the road. They even did a service recall since I was in there. Huge parts and bike selection and stuff was in stock. They called two days later to make sure I made it home okay and to verify the repair was still working well.

Timpanagos Harley, Lindon UT
Schedule an appointment for service over a week out. Take bike in and have to schedule rides to and from the shop (its my daily driver and they know that). No phone call, no communication, and they didn't even look at it. They said they got busy and didn't have time and to bring it in again the next week. It's a 3 hr job that was scheduled a week in advance. Their parts department never has anything in stock - you always have to order and it 7 - 10 days out. Limited inventory of anything, snooty attitude (except Lopez in parts), and just a general pain in the *** to deal with.
Family owned and operated. The entire family works there, are knowledgeable, and do great work! They even petitioned Harley for a goodwill fix on my cams and tappets after a tappet let lose on my way back from NC, it cost $100 for the fix... until I upgraded. High suggest Ben Breece for anyone in the NW Ohio area.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
As of 3 years ago had a good repair team, terrible sales/parts attitude.
Mobile bay Harley Davidson
Great sales team and parts team but I never got to use their maintenance section, I am sure it was great.
Shelton's Harley Davidson N.C.
One good salesman, one of their parts guys is good and their maintenance manager is good. The bikes always come back clean and running good.
Ray Price Harley, N.C.
Great sales team that beat a ton of prices and they have a huge store. Never worked with their maintenance group except over the phone but they were over priced and that was the only section i didn't want to work with.
Give them about a 4 out of 10
Clothing department is whats keeping them from gettin a 0, great prices!
Bought my first new harley from them last year felt pressured to buy bike when I just wanted to put a deposit on it. Didn't understand what I was getting into as far as extras, extended warrenty and maintence program which I have to drive 140 miles round trip to service when I have other dealers a lot closer. Just feel taken advantage of, do to me being uneducated being my first H-D. This forum has been a priceless asset but didn't know about it till I was an owner. Also gave me a new service writer to do a chrome consult which he had never done because the normal guys were all busy. Steered me wrong on almost everything. Another feeling of ramming the deal down my throat! The whole deal was very confusing and took me a couple days to evan figure out what I bought.
